Suzuki aimed to create a groundbreaking music and biking festival for the motorcycle community, uniting riders and honouring the spirit of motorcycling. The goal was to provide Suzuki’s owners with an unforgettable experience while elevating riding culture.
The challenge was to turn this inaugural event into a transformative experience that inspires and connects riders, setting a new standard for community-driven celebrations.
Translating Suzuki’s vision for an extraordinary celebration, we introduced “Suzuki Matsuri” (a Japanese term for ‘festival’) to honour and elevate the spirit of the motorcycling community. The first event occurred at New Delhi’s National Stadium, gathering over 2,500 riders to celebrate their shared passion. The journey continued in Bangalore at the JK Grand Arena, where Matsuri united Suzuki riders in an even grander celebration.
The Matsuri Experience brought Suzuki’s spirit to life with a powerful blend of engagement, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences. Attendees immersed themselves in Suzuki Garage talk shows, exclusive lucky draws, graffiti art, and custom helmet painting, igniting creativity at every turn. A vibrant Manga Art Zone honoured Japanese culture while electrifying performances from top artists—including Antariksh, DJ Netin, RJ Naved, and Raghu Dixit—energised crowds in both Delhi and Bangalore. Riders tested the power of Suzuki’s lineup firsthand, from the Zip Track for Avenis to the Urban Enduro for V-Strom and the Gymkhana track for Gixxer. With exclusive merchandise and the full Suzuki lineup on display, Matsuri offered enthusiasts an inspiring, hands-on connection to the brand.
Matsuri has strengthened connections within the Suzuki community and set a new standard for motorcycle festivals. In 2024, this celebration of camaraderie will expand to new cities in India, uniting even more riders in Suzuki’s legacy.
