Hero aimed to honour 25 years of the Kargil Victory through a nationwide motorcycle expedition that would carry both emotional significance and large-scale execution. The challenge was to manage a journey across three national routes while ensuring every tribute, flag-off, and ceremonial moment reflected the dignity of the occasion. Translating that vision, we supported the Hero D5 Motorcycle Expedition with end-to-end execution that coordinated war heroes, veterans, logistics, and route movement across the country. The expedition culminated in a seamless and powerful tribute at Gun Hill, Dras, making the journey as meaningful as it was ambitious. By combining scale, coordination, and national sentiment, the activation became a deeply resonant brand and tribute experience.
